A passion born in childhood

From a very young age, Anna Pétron was noticed by the legendary pianist Nikita Magaloff, who would become her mentor. A child prodigy, she gave her first concerts at the age of 7. Just five years later, she performed with an orchestra, playing Mendelssohn’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and Liszt’s Second Concerto under the baton of Philippe Bender.

An education of excellence

Anna Pétron continued her training with Brigitte Engerer and later studied with Olivier Gardon at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Région (CRR) in Paris.

She then entered prestigious institutions. First, the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSM), where she earned diplomas in Piano (under Jacques Rouvier and Michel Béroff) and Chamber Music (under Alain Meunier and Régis Pasquier).

She subsequently joined the Royal Academy of Music in London, studying with Tatiana Sarkissova, and earned a “Postgraduate Diploma in Performance.”

A musician and virtuoso, she stands out as one of the most brilliant talents of her generation.

From an early age, she won first prizes in several international piano competitions, including the Valmalète Competition, the Royaume de la Musique Competition, the Brest Competition, and the Special Prize for the Youngest Candidate at the International Monza Competition "Rina Sala Gallo" in Italy.

Her talent and sensitivity have been recognized by great masters such as Lydia Grychtolowna, Sergio Perticaroli, Andrzej Jasinski, and Ivan Klanski.

A multifaceted artist

Beyond her career as a concert pianist, Anna Pétron excels as an artistic director and musical advisor.

She distinguished herself as a musical advisor for the theater production Prélude et Fugue with Laetitia Casta and Isil Bengi.

She is also sought after for her expertise in artistic direction and advises musicians during their recordings or concert preparations. Among these artists are Adam Laloum, Emmanuel Ceysson, Laurent Verney, Pierre Génisson, the Voce Quartet, and the National Orchestra of Avignon-Provence under the direction of Samuel Jean.

Passing on a musical legacy

Passionate about teaching, Anna has devoted herself for several years to piano instruction and intensive coaching for artists. She shares not only her technical mastery but also her stage experience and deep understanding of music.

She leads several ambitious educational music projects, such as the Gustave Fayet Musical Residencies at Fontfroide Abbey and the Stage Autrement.

Through her teaching, she aspires to shape the artists of tomorrow, while sharing her unconditional love of music.

She is also involved in developing innovative digital tools for piano learning.

A vision of music in motion

Driven by a profound desire to promote classical music, Anna Pétron continuously innovates and multiplies artistic projects, particularly through the creation and development of festivals and new concert formats, including the Concert Autrement.
